Refund policy

Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. 

For health and safety reasons we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products but if you are not 100% satisfied then please contact us ASAP. We will do everything we can to make you happy, whether it's replacing your order or refunding your money.

Please report any damaged shipment to us within 2 business days of a your product arriving. If a gift box arrives damaged, we will be more than happy to arrange an exchange replacement.

Please call us at 647.776.5736 or email us at shop@charlieandsams.com to arrange for a replacement. Please be sure to keep all damaged packaging. Once the item has been received by us, we will issue a replacement. We are not responsible for damages that are not reported to us within 2 business days.
