Our aim is always to deliver the gift as depicted. However, occasionally certain items or containers may no longer be available. Thus, we retain the right to substitute products and containers with items of equal or greater value.

Return Policy
Please note that shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. For health and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned. However, non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient.
Damaged Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged shipment, kindly inform us within 2 business days of its arrival, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement exchange.
In the event of damaged merchandise from Sugar Chic Candy, we are happy to provide a replacement. To facilitate this process, the damaged merchandise must be returned to the Sugar Chic address within 30 days of receipt. Please note that food baskets, if undamaged, cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety considerations. However, recipients may exchange other types of non-perishable gifts, with refunds only applicable to the purchaser.
