Charlie and Sam’s adventure next took them high above the rugged beauty of Australia’s southeastern coast. They boarded a helicopter, eager to see the breathtaking landscapes that stretched out beneath them.

From their aerial view, they marvelled at the iconic Great Ocean Road, winding like a ribbon along the coastline. Below, dramatic cliffs plunged into turquoise waters where waves endlessly crashed against the rocks.

Their pilot circled over The Sunken Garden, where a lake shimmered with extraordinary hues. “It CHANGES COLOUR with the seasons,” the guide explained through their headsets. Sam pressed closer to the window, mesmerized by how the water shifted from bright blue to emerald green as the sun moved overhead.

Next, they soared toward the limestone formations known as the Twelve Apostles. Though some had crumbled with time, the remaining towers stood proudly, rising from the ocean like sentinels of stone. Charlie grinned. “No postcard could capture this. You have to see it to believe it.”

The helicopter glided gracefully along the coast, offering views of windswept beaches and rolling hills dotted with sheep and vineyards. The air buzzed with excitement as both friends realized how vast and varied Australia’s beauty truly was.
